PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE WEBSITE
 This Terms and Conditions Agreement governs all use of
www.insumoslab.com (“the Site”). The Site is owned and operated by
Insumos Lab (“Insumos Lab”).
 Insumos Lab commercializes high-purity synthetic peptides intended
exclusively for scientific or medical research. Products are not
intended, labeled, or approved for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic,
veterinary, or human/animal consumption.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the use of the Site
immediately.
RESEARCH-ONLY USE
 All products sold by Insumos Lab are strictly intended for in-vitro
laboratory research, to be handled only by trained professionals
working within qualified research, institutional, academic, or
laboratory settings.
Products are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for
use in humans or animals.
Products must not be used as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, food
additives, medical devices, or for any application beyond laboratory
research.
Any communication that indicates potential misuse of products will
result in refusal of sale and permanent account restriction.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
 By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that they:
Are at least 21 years old.
Are a qualified professional or represent a research institution.
Understand that the products are not intended for human or animal use.
Will handle, store, transport, and dispose of all materials in
compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful handling of the products.
Insumos Lab reserves the right to request additional verification of
professional affiliation before fulfilling an order.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
 All information on the Site is provided for informational and
educational purposes only.
 No information on the Site should be interpreted as medical advice or
as guidance on reconstitution, dosage, application, or use in any
living organism.
Insumos Lab does not provide instructions regarding experimental
design or peptide handling beyond general storage recommendations.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, update product
information, discontinue products, or modify pricing without prior
notice.
ORDERING, PAYMENT, AND SHIPPING
 Orders must be placed through the Site and are processed in United
States Dollars (USD) through U.S.-based payment processors.
Insumos Lab ships from the United States. Delivery times may vary
depending on carrier availability, geographic location, customs
processing, and logistics conditions.
After dispatch, delays caused by carriers, customs authorities,
weather events, strikes, or force majeure events are outside our
control. We will assist you in tracking your shipment, but we cannot
guarantee delivery timelines.
REFUND POLICY
 Because Insumos Lab sells sensitive biotechnological materials that
require strict quality control, all sales are final.
 Returns, refunds, and exchanges cannot be accepted under any
circumstances once an order has shipped.
Exceptions (the only exceptions allowed):
A return or replacement may be considered solely in cases of:
• A product damaged prior to shipment.
• A shipment error attributable to Insumos Lab (incorrect item dispatched).
To request evaluation of such a case, the customer must contact
Insumos Lab within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
Clear photos of the item received.
Photos of packaging.
Lot number and order number.
If the issue is confirmed, Insumos Lab may, at its sole discretion,
offer a replacement or a store credit. No refunds will be issued
beyond these limited exceptions.
Order cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped.
Once a tracking number has been generated or the order has left our
facility, cancellations are no longer available.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
 All products are provided “as is” and “as available” for research use
only, without any express or implied warranties, including but not
limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Suitability for any experimental objective
Insumos Lab does not guarantee any scientific outcome, result,
compatibility, or performance of the products in any customer’s
research.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Insumos Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase,
handling, storage, misuse, or inability to use any product.
Your sole remedy for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed
the purchase price of the item.
By purchasing from Insumos Lab, you agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Insumos Lab, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any
claims arising from your handling or use of the products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 All content on this Site—text, graphics, logos, images, and
software—is the exclusive property of Insumos Lab and is protected by
applicable copyright and trademark laws.
 No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed
without prior written authorization.
USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
 Users must not:
 Interfere with the Site’s normal operation.
 Provide false information regarding identity or research affiliation.
 Use the Site to obtain materials for prohibited or illegal use.
 Submit misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination
and prohibition from future purchases.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the
State of California, United States.
Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of
products shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los
Angeles, California, with both parties agreeing to personal
jurisdiction in that venue.
The relationship between Insumos Lab and its customers is commercial
in nature and not subject to consumer protection regulations
applicable to retail goods, unless legally required.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
 Insumos Lab may update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
 Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.
